摘要
利用C10高碳糖合成了具有潜在生物活性的含有高碳糖结构片断的氨基醇,检测了该氨基醇及其水解产物的1H、13CNMR图谱,确证了该类化合物的结构,通过1H1HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC等2DNMR技术对其水解产物的1H和13CNMR数据进行了全归属和较详细的解析.
An amino alcohol and its hydrolysate, which are potential glycosidase inhibitors, were synthesized from C10 higher carbon sugar. The structures of these novel higher carbon sugar-derived compounds were elucidated by NMR. The ^1H and ^13C chemical shifts of the hydrolysate of the amino alcohol were completely assigned by 2D NMR techniques including ^H-^H COSY, HMQC and HMBC.
