摘要
调查５０例神经系统疾病住院康复患者的残疾、作业活动和接受康复治疗情况。结果表明，大多数患者存在两种以上残疾；不同年龄患者作业活动重点不同，由低龄向高龄依次为创造性作业活动、业余生活活动和日常生活活动；调查时这些活动均较差；此外，目前只有１４％患者接受了作业治疗。调查表明，亟需开展有针对性、适应患者需要的作业治疗。
The occupational
performances were interviewed in 50 cases of hospitalized patients
with neurological system diseases.The disabilities and rehabilitation
therapies result for the patients were also reviewed at the same
time.The survey showed that self-care,productivity,and leisure
activities were age related,the younger the better.All the patients
were unsatisfied with the activities which they did badly at the time
of investigation.Most of them have more than one kind of disabilities
based on WHO interna tional classification.However, only 14%of all
the patients had accepted simple occupational therapies.The
meaningful,active patient-centred occupational therapy will be
