摘要
用LKB!2277生物活性检测系统测定了新合成的席夫碱钼(VI)配合物MoO(2PT)2和MoO(2NPT)2在37℃时对大肠杆菌作用的产热曲线;根据产热曲线求算了在席夫碱钼(VI)配合物作用下,大肠杆菌生长代谢的速率常数k,抑制率I,传代时间G和半抑制浓度IC50等热力学参数。结果表明,席夫碱钼(VI)配合物对大肠杆菌有抑制作用。
The bio-thermo-chemical characteristics of the actions of two kinds of schiff bases Mo(VI ) Complexes MoO2(PT)2 and MoO2(NPT)2 on growth metabolism of Escherichia coil were studied by means of a LKB-2277 bioactivity monitor at 37℃. The maximum power, Pmax; the growth rate constant, k; inhibitive ratio I (%) and half inhibition concentration IC50 (mg/L), respectively, had been obtained, The experimental results showed that the schiff base Mo(VI )complexes possessed the anti-bacterium activities.
