摘要
对海杂波影响舰载雷达系统低空探测性能的原因进行了分析,并研究了海杂波信号幅度分布特性,提出使用α稳定分布建立雷达低空观测信号模型,指出研究基于分数低阶统计量的雷达目标信号检测与估计韧性替代算法的必要性,以实现恒虚警概率下的雷达目标最佳检测,探索提高岸基和舰载雷达对低空及海面目标探测和跟踪性能新的发展方向。
We analyze reasons which radar sea-clutter affects detection performance of low altitude. In this paper, an important distribution law is proposed for sea-clutter signals. We establish a new observa- tion model of α-stable distribution for low altitude detection. It is very concernment that fractional lower-order statistics based detection and estimation robust approach for radar target signals, so as to perform optimal detection under constant probability of false alarm. We point out a new trend for improving performance of track and detection on sea surface or low altitude target.
