摘要
在改革开放新时期的当代中国,大学生的思想意识和道德素质(道德信念、道德情感、道德人格等)呈现出复杂性和多样性,尤其是世俗功利化色彩日趋浓厚,道德观念以及社会责任感弱化,导致当前大学德育教育失位。现代化问题关键是公民素质问题,而大学生的道德素养尤其是公共道德素质的养成尤为重要,从当前来看,关键是要以科学发展观为指导,积极促进和实施人文精神与科技精神的融合,建立切实可行的德育教育评价机制,用制度保障促进大学德育教育的良性互动。
In contemporary China of new period of reform and opening-up, college students＇ ideology and moral quality （morals faith,morals emotion,morals personality ,etc. ） demonstrate complicity and diversified ,especially the utility color of the common customs is becoming stronger.On the contrary, moral concept and social responsibility are weakened, so it causes the moral education of present university to be unsheltered.The key to the modernized question is citizen＇s quality question,and university students,particularly moral accomplishment,public morality quality are formed. At present,the more important thing is to regard scientific development view as guidelines, promote and implement the integration of human spirit and scientific and technological spirit actively, set up feasibie moral education and appraise the mechanism,the ones that ensured promoting moral education of the university are benign and interdynamic with the system.
