纳米级数码彩色喷墨打印纸专用涂料的研制 被引量:6

摘要 以纳米二氧化硅为颜料,PVA为胶粘剂,添加阳离子助剂,制备了数码彩色喷墨打印纸专用涂料。主要研究了不同颜料、胶粘剂、分散剂、阳离子助剂等对涂料及打印效果、图像抗水固色性能等的影响。实验结果表明,以二氧化硅和聚乙烯醇为原料,添加适量阳离子助剂制备出的彩喷纸涂料粘度适中,纸基适应范围广,不含甲醛,打印效果好,且均采用国产原料。 The coatings for digital color ink-jet printing paper were prepared using nanometer SiO2 and PVA as pigment and binder. The coating formula also included cationic additives. The influence of different components (pigments, binders, dispersing agents, cationic additives and so on) on coating properties, printing quality, waterproofnesa and color fixation of the picture were investigated in details. The results showed that the coatings prepared by nanosilica, polyvinyl alcohol and cationic additives had excellent properties, such as temperate viscosity, no formaldehyde, good printing qualities and good suitablity for various base papers.
