兔角膜碱烧伤角膜小体形态学及组织化学研究 被引量:1

摘要 用1mol/L NaOH溶液造成兔角膜碱烧伤模型.对烧伤后不同时期角膜基质层角膜小体(CC)及其周边粘多糖(MP)变化进行了形态学及组织化学研究.结果发现:(1)烧伤后CC胞浆增多,其周边MP明显减少;(2)第7天时,CC全部转化为纤维母细胞,周边MP超过正常角膜组织;(3)14天时,轻度烧伤中基质层有极少CC出现,周边MP亦趋于正常.(4)这种变化与烧伤程度呈平行关系,与创伤的恢复呈反比关系. The model of alkali burned cornea in rabbit made by Imol/L NaOH solution. The morphological and his-tochemical changes of corneal crpusle (CC) and mu-copolysaccharide (MP) were studied using electromi-croscope and Lectin-Fluorescene probe. The results were: (1) 1-3 days after the burn,the cytoplasma of CC increased,while the MP decreased; (2)4-7 days later,all of CC transformed to fibroblasts and MP higher than it in normal cornea; (3)Until 8-14 days,a few of CC occurred in low-grade burned stroma ,the MP tend to normal. (4)These changes related to the degree of the burn and recovery of trauma.
