摘要
产业园区的健康、持续发展与有效的土地利用政策密不可分,在我国土地政策业已作出重大调整的时期,如何更为科学地开展产业园区土地利用政策设计,对于园区经济的发展,以及园区经济与非园区经济的协调、统筹发展,都将起到十分关键的作用。本文介绍了世界闻名的美国硅谷、台湾新竹、日本筑波、新加坡工业园、韩国大德以及中国的苏州工业园、天津新技术开发区、上海浦东新区等产业园区在土地利用政策设计方面的经验模式,并对这些模式进行比较分析,从而提出土地利用政策创新的改革建议。
The healthy and sustainable development of industrial area is closely associated with land use policy. In the background of China turning in important regulation, how to scientifically design the land use policy is not only a key to economy evolution of industrial area but also to harmonizing industry area economy development and it in the other area. Based a comparison and analysis of experience on lots of world famous industrial area, we put forward some innovative suggestion about land use.
