摘要
作为国家宏观调控手段之一的土地政策可以运用建设用地总量、土地供应结构、不同区域土地供应调控来控制过热行业投资的增加,保证经济持续高速健康发展。本文研究了土地政策出台的宏观经济形势,比较了土地政策与财政政策和货币政策的不同,总结了土地政策调控的特点和缺陷,并评价了现行土地政策,提出了土地政策调控的创新——土地准备金制度。
In this article, the author has studied the macroscopic economical situation of the land policy, has compared with the difference of the land policy, the financial policy and the monetary policy, has summarized the land policy regulation characteristic and the flaw, and has appraised the present land policy regulation innovation： the reserve fund system.
