摘要
传统的烧结-鼓风炉粗铅生产流程,尽管存在硫利用率低、过程设备多、综合能耗高的缺点,但由于其具有技术成熟、过程控制简单、生产能力大、综合处理能力强、烟尘率低、渣含铅低等优点,世界上目前仍然以传统流程生产粗铅为主。文章对株冶粗铅生产现状进行了评述,并提出了改进建议。
Zhuzhou Smelter Group Co. Ltd uses conventional sintering maching-blast furnace to produce Lead bullion. It is well known that this process can not use Sulphur efficiently,employs too much equipment and consums too much energy. Most Lead bullion production around the world, however,comes from the combination of sintering maching-blast furnace, because of the characteristics with this process, such as mature technology, easy process operations,big capacity, flexibility to various fedd materials, low dust production and low Lead content in slag. This paper describes the Lead operations status of Zhuzhou Smelter Group and makes the comments on its future development.
