摘要
根据社会经济发展需求来设置专业和调整专业方向是学生与工作岗位顺利对接、平稳就业的根本保证。根据岗位群和岗位能力要求进行课程建设,开发选修课程,并以“必需、够用”的理论基础,“熟知、熟练”的专业技能组织教学内容,是活化高职教育的前提。
Offering and adjusting majors direction are basic guarantees for smooth joint between students and vacant posts and stable employment,according to requirements of social economy development. It is precondition for higher vocational education development to conduct curriculum developing and offer selective curriculum based on requirements of post groups and their abilities.
