摘要
钢铁企业由于生产的连续性和设备的大型化,一旦发生设备故障带来的影响往往是巨大的。建立适合钢铁企业特点的设备管理体系无疑是非常重要的。结合钢铁企业设备管理工作的实际,给出了基于TPM的钢铁企业设备管理体系的基本框架。对基于TPM的设备管理体系的不断完善以及推进设备管理信息化工作提出了建议。
Because of the continuous production and the large turn equipments of all the steel business enterprises, once any break of equipments takes place it will usually bring the enormous influence to the enterprise. It is very important to establish the steel business enterprise characteristics management system. Joining together the actual proceeding that Anshan Iron and Steel Complex＇ s equipments management work, the paper sets up the frame of the equipments management system suitable for applied in local steel business enterprise. The paper makes further study into the information turn with ERP developments to push forward equipments management system and give some advices.
