摘要
在经济全球化大潮中,民营企业不断探求拼搏向前的本领,越来越多的决策者关注企业的领导力问题。有许多民营企业,领导者缺乏必备的基本素质和理念、对外部环境变化不敏感、领导众多、职责不明,导致企业领导力不佳。民营企业领导者应从企业的管理规模、领导风格、制度化建设、领导者的判断力、人才的使用、执行力的强化等方面着手,提高领导力。
Under the background of economic globalization, Chinese private - owned enterprises have been continuously seeking the successful ways to develop their business. More and more decision - makers in most of these enterprises are concentrated on the issue of leadership, which is unfortunately found to be weak due to many factors including, on the part of leaders, lack of necessary qualities and insights, insensitiveness to the changeable environment, obscure division of responsibilities and so on. To alter the current situation, measures should be taken to improve the leadership by taking into consideration of the size of the enterprise, its style of leadership, construction of rules and regulation and their strict enforcement, so that the competitiveness will be strengthened.
