摘要
大学毕业生就业问题是一个关系到经济发展、社会稳定和促进高等教育大众化稳步发展的重要问题。通过对近年来大学毕业生就业观念的调查,分析大学毕业生就业观念变化的原因,以及搞好大学毕业生就业工作需要做好几方面的工作和做好这些工作的方法途径。
The employment of new graduates is an important problem that has something to do with the economic develoyment, social steadiness and the popularization of higher education.The graduates＇ employment conception in recent years is investigated.The reasons of the changes of their employment conception are analyzed. Some aspects of doing the employment work well and the ways of doing it well are also analyzed.
