摘要
精液脱落细胞检查包括对精液中精原细胞，初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞、支持细胞、生殖道上皮细胞、中性粒细胞等其他有形成分的鉴别分析，是对传统精液检查的改良和补充，是一项无创伤的睾丸生殖功能检查方法。
Exfoliative cytologic examination of semen included differential analyses of spermatogonium,primary spermatocytes,secondary spermatocytes,spermatids,sperms,neutrophils,supporting cells,epithelial cells of gonoduct,and other visible component in semen.It was an innovation in traditional semen examination,and was a non-invasive examination of reproductive function of testis.
