摘要
分别以人型支原体(MH)、解脲支原体(UU)三个血清型(SU1、SU4与SU8)全DNA与等体积光敏生物素混合,用特种紫外光照射制备成探针。在分离培养的基础上,用上述全DNA光敏生物素探针,对82例非淋菌尿道炎病人标本作了检测,结果分离培养MH22例,UU55例;探针法检出MH20例,UU53例,两方法MH、UU阳性标本均有重叠,提示UU感染率较MH感染率高,且MH感染多数伴随在UU感染中。三型UU探针检测结果表明某一单型UU探针不能代替分离培养检测出所有型UU。
Mycoplasma hominis,Ureaplasma urealyticurn serotypes 1,4 and 8 total DNA were compounded respectively with the same capacity of photobiotin to produce the corresponding probes under the special kind of UV light.The cultures and the above photobiotin-labled total DNA probes were compared by examining 82 specimens of the patients with nongonococal ureathritis.Tweny-two cases with M.hominis and 55 with U.urealyticum could be detected respectively by cultures,and 20 with M. hominis as well as 53 with U. urealyticum by probes.The numbers of positive specimens with M.hominis and U.urealyticum by the two methods overlaped.The results indicated that the infection of U.urealyticum was higher than M.hominis,most of the M.hominis infections were simultaneous with U.urealyticum.The detection by the U.urealyticum probes of 3 serotypes showed the probe of a single U.urealyticum serotype could not replace culture for detecting all the serotypes of U.urealyticum.
