摘要
目的建立猪胰肾联合移植动物模型。方法经猪腹主动脉原位灌注,大块联合切取供体胰、节段十二指肠、左肾、脾脏,左肾静脉与肠系膜上静脉吻合。供体胰门静脉与受体下腔静脉吻合,保留腹腔动脉和肠系膜上动脉分支的腹主动脉与受体腹主动脉吻合,十二指肠内置入T型管、输尿管内置入引流管自腹壁引出。结果供体肾、胰植入受体后立即恢复良好的血液循环,无出血及漏血现象,并且迅速恢复功能。受体平均生存期(12·8±6·4)d。结论该动物模型可以准确监测移植物的功能。
Objective To study an animal model establishment for simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantaion(SPKT). Methods The donor's pancreas, duodenum, kidney and spleen were symphysial resected after perfused through abdominal aorta in situ. A end to-side anastomosis between the abdominal aorta of allograft and abdominal aorta of recipient was performed firstly. So did as portal vein and the inferior vena cava. Results The operation was successful. The kidney and pancreas allografts recovered immediately after operation. The average lifespan of the recipients was (12.8±6.4)days. Conclusion The animal model established can be used for monitoring the functions of the kidney and parcreas allografts.
