摘要
将GIS技术、网络技术及多媒体技术引入城市投资环境咨询与决策领域,研建武汉市投资环境咨询系统W(IECS)。WIECS针对不同用户对象有不同功能目标;系统建立需解决三大关键技术:数据库设计,包括文本库、要素库、评价结果库、方案库、模型方法库和空间信息库的设计及其整合;系统集成,基于CS/结构进行集成,使得信息从单向流动变为双向互动;分析模型及可视化技术,WIECS作为咨询分析与辅助决策支持工具,可提供良好的数据处理分析与建模工具,并实现分析与评价的可视化。根据系统功能目标,技术路线上采用GIS、Internet、Intranet及多媒体可视化等技术进行系统集成,建立图文库一体化的系统WIECS。
Introducing GIS, network technology and multimedia technology into urban investment environment consultation and decision-making, and researching the construction of Wuhan Investment Environment Consultation Information System （WIECS） . WIECS had different functions and aims facing different users. 3 key technological problems needed to be solved when establishing WIECS： （1） DB design, including text DB, element DB, evaluation result DB, scenario DB, model and method DB and spatial information DB and their integration. （2） System integration, which was realized based on C/S structure and changed one-way information flow into dual-way. （3） Analytical models and visualization tools were supplied to make WIECS able to be applied more effectively in consultant analysis and acting decision-making support tool. To realize the WIECS＇ functions, GIS, Internet, Intranet multimedia visualization and other techniques were integrated in the system.
