摘要
心房颤动是成年人最常见的心律失常,恢复窦性心律并长期维持(控制心律)和允许心房颤动存在,仅控制心率在目标水平(控制心率)是治疗心房颤动的两种策略,就目前认识的药物治疗心房颤动的这两种策略以及前瞻性对照试验尚未解决的领域等问题作一简要综述。
Atrial fibrillation（Af） was most common cardiac rhythm disturbance in adult,restore and long-term maintain sinus rhythm （ rhythm-control ） ,and allowing Af to persist while controlling the ventricular rate（ rate-control） was two strategies of treating Af. This article is a revive for two strategies of drug therapy of Af and randomized clinical trial that cannot be answered at present.
