摘要 血管迷走性晕厥(VVS)是一种常见的临床晕厥综合征。由于其病理生理的特殊性和复杂性,给VVS的诊治带来了较大的困难,是近年来国内外学者研究的热点。现对VVS的发病机理和诊治方法的研究进展作一综述。 Vasovagal syncope （ VVS ） is a frequent clinic apsychia syndrome. Owing to its particularity and complicacy of pathology and physiology,theirs diagnosis and therapy in patients with VVS were difficult,scholars both home and abroad investigated more in recent years. Here we summarize the advances in research of VVS in pathogenesis and treatment.
