摘要
采用低倍检测、金相组织检验、能谱分析、化学分析以及夹杂物检测,对ER70S-6拉拔断裂的盘条进行分析,发现盘条表面裂纹和组织混晶是导致拉拔断裂的主要原因.保证钢坯表面完整,如有缺陷应予以铲除,不合格钢坯严禁入炉,可避免盘条表面裂纹;加热温度过高形成的混晶组织可通过选择1 000~1 050℃加热来解决;适当提高加热温度可避免在轧制前出现混晶;吐丝温度设定950~980℃有利于得到易于拉拔的均匀细小晶粒组织.
To analyze ER70S- 6 steel wire rod drawing fracture using low times test, metallographic structure test, energy spectrum analysis, chemistry analysis and inclusion test. It shows that the surface crack of steel wire rod and mixed microstructures are main cause for drawing fracture. To insure billet surface intact, get rid of fault and forbid unqualified billet to enter furnace can avoid the surface crack of steel wire rod. Mixed microstructures because of high heated temperature can be solved by heating at 1 000 - 1 050 ℃. Mixed microstructures before rolling can be solved by improving heat temperature properly. Spining temperature at 950 -980 ℃ can help to obtain uniform fine microstructure for drawing easily.
