MR I动态增强扫描在垂体微腺瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨MRI动态增强扫描技术对垂体微腺瘤的诊断价值。方法:28例垂体微腺瘤患者,采用以色列Elscintprestige2.0T超导型磁共振仪扫描,行垂体动态增强扫描时,使用Gd-DTPA(马根维显)剂量为0.1mmol/kg,增强扫描采用GRE技术。结果:增强前15例T1WI显示垂体内低信号或略低信号(占53.5%),等信号13例(占46.4%),动态增强后25例可见垂体腺漏斗海绵窦逐一明显强化。微腺瘤则尚未强化仍呈低信号区,占89.2%。延迟增强扫描则3例动态增强扫描呈高信号的微腺瘤呈稍低于强化垂体信号。结论:MRI动态增强扫描对诊断垂体微腺瘤有较高特异性及敏感性,延迟增强扫描可作为动态增强的补充。
