摘要
立足于企业集团预算管理的定义,提出企业集团利润预算管理模式和企业集团目标利润的确定和分解方法, 并提出建立利润预算管理模式下的预算平衡点模型。
This paper is based on enterprises group＇s profit budget profit. Then it advises to build th the defination of budget management in Enteprises Group, puts forward the management model and the method to determine and decompose the target e budget balance point model based on the profit budget management model.
