摘要
农民工已经日益成为一个不容忽视的规模巨大的特殊社会群体。他们为城市创造了巨大的社会效益和经济效益,但他们的社会保障问题却一直无人问津。这不仅严重地阻碍了我国城市化的进程,也不利于"三农问题"的解决。本文从农民工社会保障的现实状况以及存在的问题出发,分析了这些问题的原因所在,论述了如何构建有关农民工的社会保障制度。
Nowadays a special group of people formed by farmer workers are becoming larger and larger who should not be allowed ignorance. Farmer workers have created great social and economic benefits, but the problem of their social insurance has not been paid any attention. It badly affects the process of urbanization in our country and also gets in the way of solving ＂the problem of rural areas, farmers and agriculture. ＂ This article,on the basis of analyzing the situation of social insurance for farmer workers at present and its existing problems,attempts to argue how to build social insurance system for farmer workers.
