摘要
本文应用GC-MS联用仪分析草麻黄挥发油成分,从中鉴定出32个化合物,占总分离组份的79.63%。
This paper reports the chemical constitue-nts of the essential oils in Ephedra sinicaStapf and E.equisetina Bge.Thirty-two andtwenty-seven compounds were indentified byGC-MS and constituted 79.63% and 66.48%of the oils respectively.The major and acti-ve constituents of the two essentital oils di-ffered obviously.
