Effects of Ca^(2+) and Ba^(2+) Ions on Sensitometric Properties and Stability of Photothermographic Material

摘要 以常用的硬脂酸银为银源,异位AgBr为光敏元以及亲水型PVA为粘合剂,分别考察了Ca2+和Ba2+对光敏热成像(PTG)材料照相性能以及老化稳定性的影响.实验结果表明:涂布前乳液中加入Ca2+或Ba2+后,PTG材料的感光度和灰雾均出现不同程度的降低,并且随着加入量的增加,感光度下降更快.另外,含有Ca2+或Ba2+的PTG材料随着老化时间的增加,其感光度和灰雾的变化趋势并不相同. The effects ofCa^2+ , Ba^2+ ion on sensitometric properties and aging stability of PTG materials, using AgSt as silver sources, ex-situ formed AgBr as photosensitive component, and PVA as binder, were investigated. The results showed that the sensitivity and the fog of PrIG materials were all decreased at different degrees when adding Ca^2+ or Ba^2+ to system before coating, and sensitivity was debased quickly with the increase of percentage of Ca^2+ or Ba^2+ . In addition, the changing trend of the sensitivity and the fog of PTG materials which contained Ca^2 + was not consistent with that of Ba^2 + as the aging time went on.
