^(60)Co-γ射线辐照处理对雪松种子萌芽及幼苗生长作用的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用60Co-γ对催芽后的雪松种子进行辐照处理,剂量分别为0(对照)、20、40、608、0 Gy,剂量率为2 Gy/min。研究了不同剂量处理对种子萌芽期、萌芽率、幼苗成活率、绿黄苗比率、绿黄苗生长高度的影响。结果表明:辐照处理延缓了种子萌芽期和萌芽高峰期;20 Gy处理使种子萌芽率下降了52%;经20 Gy处理的幼苗存活率几乎与对照相同,但经40、60和80 Gy处理后幼苗成活率下降了85%左右;20 Gy处理对雪松幼苗中黄色苗比例影响不大,经40 Gy处理后没有出现黄色苗,辐照处理同时也降低了幼苗的生长高度,对黄色苗的抑制作用较为明显。若进行雪松的诱变育种,20 Gy是首选剂量。 Seeds of Cedrus deodara (Roxb)Loud, were irradiated with ^60Co γ- Ray, with a dose range of 0(control), 20, 40, 60 and 80 Gy, and the irradiation rate of 2.0 Gy/min. Germination time, germination percentage, alive seedlings percentage after 5 months, yellow seedlings percentage and the growth of seedlings were investigated, The results indicated that: (1) the time and fastigium of germination was retarded by the irradiation, while the time of germination was 12, 12, 14 and 24 days later than control when 20,40,60 and 80 Gy were used respectively; (2) the percentage of germination of seed irradiated with 20 Gy decreased by 52% compared with the control; (3) the percentage of seedlings of seeds irradiated with 20 Gy was almost the same as that of the control, but the percentage of alive seedlings irradiated with 40, 60 and 80 Gy decreased by about 85 %, compared to the control, (4) the percentage of yellow seedling irradiated with 20 Gy could not different from control, but no yellow seedling was observed when 40, 60 and 80 Gy were used. The growth was reduced by irradiating, particularly in inhibition of yellow seedlings. In the conclusion, 20 Gy may be the appropriate dose for Cedrus deodata breeding by ^60Co γ-Ray irradiation.
