摘要
本文就RAPD技术的基本原理及其在蔬菜研究中的应用概况进行了较系统的回顾,并对该技术在使用中存在的问题和应用前景进行了探讨。
Random amplified polymorphic DNA （RAPD） molecular markers has made great progress since its application. The present paper reviews its basic principles, main advantages and especially application in vegetable crops. Some problems of RAPD and their solutions are discussed, and its application prospects are forecasted.
