摘要
作为管理科学中一种特殊的思维和方法,实物期权具有广泛的应用前景。文章系统讨论了实物期权的特点、思维方式、用途,最后论述了实物期权思维在技术创新管理中的若干具体应用。
As a special thinking and method, the real options have far-ranging application. The paper discusses the characteristic, thinking mode, use of real options and the concrete application of real options thinking in the technology innovation management.
