摘要
高校后勤文化是高校校园文化的重要组成部分,建设后勤文化应当把握与学校文化建设总体目标相一致的原则,具有先进的符合学校交流文化的后勤保障服务理念;具有科学合理的管理体制和运行机制;具有富于激励科学严谨的制度、规章、规范、标准体系;具有服务性的特征,真正体现“以人为本”的服务理念。
Logistical culture is an essential component of campus culture in colleges and universities. It should be constructed to achieve the following targets that conform to the overall objective of campus culture; advanced conceptions of logistical service; sound and scientific systems of management and operation; rational, strict but inspiring rules, regulations and standards; as well as the service features that can embody the humanoriented principle.
