摘要
以BSG为有机还原剂,在碱性条件下研究了表面活性剂的种类和用量、银离子浓度和反应温度对银粉粒径的影响。以PVA为表面活性剂,在反应温度为25~50℃、[Ag^+]为0.1~0.5mol/L和高速搅拌的条件下,制备出了平均粒径小于100nm的银粉。
Based on the reduction agent of organic reductant BSG, the influencing factors on the particle size of nano-silver powder were investigated, such as kind of sufactant and its dosage, concen-tration of reactants, temperature. As PVA was the sufactant, nano-silver powder less than 100nm in particle size was prepared in the range of 25 -50℃, [Ag^+] of 0.1 - 0.5mol/L and high speed stiring.
