摘要
为改善资源配置效率,市场经济体系必须有一个由市场机制、政府(或企业)计划机制以及民间商会构成的资源优化配置机制,而其中商会可发挥重要的中枢性功能——信息提供和协调集体行动,温州民间商会的发展则验证了这一点。
In order to improve the efficiency in resource allocation, market economy must construct an optimization mechanism of resource collocation, which is composed of market mechanism, government or enterprises＇ plan mechanism and civilian chamber of commerce. In the above mechanism, civilian chamber of commerce plays an important central role——providing information and harmonizing the collective action. The case in Wenzhou has proved this viewpoint.
