摘要
目的:比较高血压脑出血不同治疗方法的疗效,寻找理想的治疗方法。方法:比较21例用YL-1型微创穿刺粉碎清除术与25例用传统内科保守治疗的疗效。结果:微创穿刺粉碎清除术组与内科保守组患者治疗后临床神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS)分别为15.87±9.87与26.67±1.02,两组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01);总有效率分别为76.19%与24%,有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:微创手术治疗效果明显优于内科治疗组。
Objective： To compare the effecacy of different treatments on hypertensive intracerebral hematoma. Methods：The mini invasive surgery by YL-1 in 21 cases was compared with conventional conservative method in 25 cases. Results： In the treated group, the scores of Chinese Stroke Scale （CSS） was 15.87±9. 87,and the total effective rate was 76. 19%, while those in control group were 26.67±1.02 and 24%, respectively. There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0. 01 ）. Condusion： The efficacy effects of intracerebral hematoma by minimally invasive surgery is obviously better than that of conventional therapy.
