摘要
以二乙胺(DEA)和三乙胺(TEA)为模板剂,用水热法合成了具有菱沸石型结构的磷酸硅铝分子筛SAPO-34,并考察了不同模板剂配比对合成产物的影响。采用XRD,XRF,BET,NMR等分析方法对样品进行了分析和表征,并以甲醇为探针分子,在脉冲微反装置上对催化剂的甲醇制低碳烯烃反应催化性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,采用双模板剂合成的SAPO-34分子筛的骨架结构较为稳定,在甲醇制低碳烯烃反应中具有较高的乙烯选择性。
The chabazite like silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve SAPO-34 was synthesized using diethylamine and/or triethylamine as templates, and the effect of template compositions on the obtained samples were investigated in detail. XRD, XRF, BET, NMR were used to characterize the zeolite samples, and the catalytic performance of these samples during methanol to olefins (MTO) reaction was conducted in a pulse-micro reactor. Test results indicated that the framework structure stability and ethylene selectivity in MTO reaction of SAPO-34 sample synthesized by dual template method was better than that of using single template.
