从流化理论的基本概念着手,分析了中石化广州分公司催化裂化装置产生催化剂流化输送失常的原因,主要为催化剂筛分的变粗和脱气罐工况的不稳定。解决的具体措施有采用合适的催化剂,保持较高的细粉含量;调整脱气罐的松动点和松动风量,改善脱气罐工况;增加待生线路推动力;控制保持沉降器与再生器之间的压力平衡等。
The abnormal catalyst fluidization occurred in the FCCU of SINOPEC Guangzhou Subsidiary was analyzed on the basis of fluidization concept. The main causes were the coarse particles increased in the catalyst particle distribution and the unstable operation of the withdrawal well. Counter measures, such as applying proper catalyst with higher fines content; adjusting the loosening air inlets along the withdrawal-well and regulating the air flow to improve the catalyst fluidization in the withdrawal well; increasing the driving force of the spent catalyst transfer line; and maintaining the stable pressure balance between the disengager and the regenerator, etc. , were taken.
