摘要
全面建设小康社会是一项复杂而庞大的系统工程,而民族经济发展则是民族地区小康社会建设的基础;民族地区小康社会建设的滞后性决定了它必然成为我国小康社会建设的重点和难点;民族地区农村小康社会建设必须紧紧抓住基础设施建设、产业结构调整、实用技术推广与人才培训以及基层组织建设等几个重点。
Building a well-off society in an all-round way is a great and complicated systematic project. Economic development is the base of building a well-off society in an all-round way in ethnic areas. Ethnic areas are the important and difficult points in building a well-off society in an all-round way. To build a well-off society in ethnic areas, it is necessary to put stress on infrastructural facilities construction, industrial structure adjustment, extending practical skills and talent training.
