摘要
用pH为1.9的无菌培养液和有菌培养液分别对固化体进行实验.在开始阶段,空白试块与实验试块的铬和钙的浸出相差不大,浸出液pH值也相差不大.但是从第六天开始,空白试块的浸出明显减少而实验试块却没有那么明显,同时空白试块的浸出液pH值始终在2.3左右波动而实验试块的浸出液pH值基本上都在2.3以下.实验表明,在硫化氢、硫黄和其他硫化物存在的条件下氧化硫硫杆菌对铬的浸出有较大的影响,为铬渣固化体的安全填埋提供了实验依据.
The solutions with and without thiobacillus thiooxidans were tested respectively on waste solid containing chromium residue. At an early stage of the experiment, no distinctiveness was found, and pH was similar between the two solutions. Six days later, the leaching from the solution without thiobacillus thiooxidans reduced apparently, however, the other did not. Meanwhile, the pH of the solution without thiobacillus thiooxidans was near 2. 3 all the time, whereas the other was, in general, under 2.3. The study indicates that thiobacillus thiooxidans has a great effect on waste solid containing chromium residue in the existence of sulfureted hydrogen, brimstone, and other sulfid. This experiment provided useful data for security landfill of chromium residue.
