摘要
通过对GH2036合金电渣重熔工艺的对比分析,发现缓慢熔化有利于消除一次NbC偏析;当熔化速度在6kg/min以上时,出现NbC偏析的机率较大;当熔化速度小于6kg/min时,出现NbC偏析的可能性较小,在某一个合格的熔化速度下可能不会出现NbC偏析,快速提高电流对一次NbC偏析的危害最大。
Comparing and analyzing ESR Process of GH2036 alloy, it's concluded in this paper that melting slowly is beneficial to eliminate primary NbC segregation, when melting rate is aver 6 kg/min, possibility for producing NbC .segregation is higher, when melting rate is below 6 kg/min, possibility, for producing NbC segregation is lower, it's possible not to produce NbC segregation at a proper mslting rate. Improving the current rapidly is most harmful for eliminating primary NbC segregation.
