阐述了建设工程项目成本管理原则,介绍了运用价值工程原理控制工程项目成本的方法,指出要通过强化合同管理实现成本控制,探讨了建设工程项目成本控制的有效途径。
This paper expounds the principles of the cost management and control of the construction engineering project, introduces the methods for controlling the cost of the engineering project by using the value engineering principle, points out that the cost control should be realized through strengthening the contract management, and probes into the effective paths for the cost control of the construction engineering project.
