摘要
螺杆空压机在铝电解车间,过滤器工作环境非常恶劣,空气中粉尘含量达15 m g/m 3,空滤芯极易被堵塞、撕裂,造成液压油中含有大量的粉尘(氧化铝),加剧了空压机传动元件的非正常磨损,针对此状况,将空压机的过滤装置进行了改进,设计了一套旋风除尘器,对设计过程做了详细叙述。
In aluminum smelting plant, the filter was in rather adverse surroundings with dust density of 15 mg/m^3. The air filtering unit was easily to be blocked and torn up. High dust(Al2O3)content in hydraulic oil caused abnormal wear on the drive elements. The present paper developed a set of cyclone dust-remover to improve the performance of the filter device by eliminating the adverse influence.The process of design was discussed in detail.
