摘要
目的:提高肘关节外伤性骨折、脱位的普通X线平片诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析254例肘关节外伤性骨折、脱位病人的X线平片。结果:肘关节骨折244例(96.06%)、肘关节脱位10例(3.94%)。肘关节周围软组织异常X线征象出现率为100.0%。结论:仔细观察肘关节周围软组织X线征象的变化,对于避免肘关节细微骨折的漏诊有重要临床意义。
Objective： To investigate how to improve the X -ray diagnostic level of traumatic elbow articulation fracture and dislocation. Methods： 254 cases of the X -ray plain film were retrospectively collected to process detailed and complete analysis. Results： 244 cases with elbow fracture （96.06%） and 10 cases with elbow dislocation （3.94%） were studied. 100% cases had abnormal X - ray sighs of elbow periphery soft tissue. Conclusion ：To avoid missing diagnosis of the tiny fracture, the careful observation of the X- ray signs of the elbow periphery soft tissue is of crucial importance.
