摘要
目的:充分发挥联合用药过程中药物的协同作用,减少不良反应,减轻患者的经济负担。方法:分析联合用药中存在的问题,提出合理解决问题的对策。结果:合理的联合用药不仅与医务、药学工作者的专业技术和职业道德有关,而且与国家的卫生保健体制、药品监督、政策法规以及社会风气、医疗机构的办院宗旨等诸多因素有关。结论:只有把药物和疾病的系统知识和理论及先进的技术和科学的管理有机地结合起来,才能将合理的联合用药真正落到实处。
Objective Reduce the lousy reaction and the economic burden ot patients by making full use ot the combined usage of the medicine. Methods This essay analyses the current problems and presents the reasonable countermeasures to settle them. Result The combination of the reasonable using medicine concerns not only specialized technique and profession morals of medical workers but also health insurance system, direct medicine nation, the policy law and the value of the society, the treatment organization and the target of the hospital. Conclusion Combine the system knowledge and theories with the pioneer＇s techniques and organically scientific management only, then can implement the reasonable combined medical treatment in earnest.
