摘要
探讨人事代理在医院人事管理中的运用。人事代理是社会主义市场经济发展中产生与建立的一种新的人事管理方式。实行人事代理制度,一方面使人事管理服务实现社会化,另一方面解决了原来人事管理体制内部缺乏激励竞争机制的现状,形成新的人才流动和用人机制。
Human agency that grew out of the development of socialist market economy is a new type of personnel management. In this paper, it explores application of human agency in personnel inanagement of hospital. If it can be put into practice, on one hand, the service for personnel management will be of socialization and on the other hand, the problem on the lack of stimulus and competition in the personnel system will be solved. As a result, the new flow of personnel and employment mechanism will come into being accordingly.
