摘要
目的了解婚检对象的身体健康状况。方法对1994～2004年在我院进行婚前医学检查的结果进行汇总、整理、分析。结果婚检的总人数为26376人次,其中男性13111例,女性13265例,各类疾病总检出率14.0%,其中传染病检出率为12.0%,发出“暂缓结婚”医学意见的502人次。结论婚前医学检查具有重要性和必要性。目前婚前保健工作形势严峻,必须多方面加强婚前检查的宣传力度,预防出生缺陷,保证婚姻质量及出生人口素质。
Objective To comprehend physical conditions of the objects of premarital health checkup. Methods To collect, sort out and analyze the results of premarital medical examination in our hospital from 1994 to 2004. Results The total number of participants in premarital health checkup was 26376, from among which, 13111 cases were of the male sex, while 132365 of the female sex. The overall detectable rate of various diseases was 14.0%, amongst which, the detectable rate of infectious diseases was 12.0% and medical opinion of “postponing marriage” had been issued for 502 times. Conclusions The premarital medical examination is of importance and necessity. Presently, the situation of premarital health protection is pregnant with grim possibilities. Hence, the premarital medical examination must be given wider publicity to from various aspects; the birth defects should be prevented and martial quality and birth population quality guaranteed.
