摘要
根据高职教育人才培养目标的定位以及现有金融保险专业人才培养的现状,结合省级教学改革试点专业的建设实际,从做好人才需求调查、构建理论课程体系、建立实践教学体系、校企联办、改革教学方法和考核方式等方面,探讨设计高职金融保险专业人才培养方案的具体措施。
According to the orientation of talents training objective of higher vocational education and the current situation of talents training of finance and insurance major; combining the construction practice of provincial teaching reform experimental unit major, the author of this paper discuses the concrete measures to design-talents training scheme of finance and insurance major from aspects of making good talents demand investigation, constructing theoretical course system, setting up practical teaching system, reforming teaching method and assessing method, and cooperating with enterprises.
