摘要
通过我国建国以来建设项目管理体制的变革与发展,结合河北省水利水电勘测设计研究院14年来工程总承包的经验,简要阐述了工程总承包的定义、主要方式和目前国内市场存在的一些问题及解决方法。说明了工程总承包与项目管理是我国今后建设领域与国际接轨和市场发展的必然趋势以及在南水北调工程中的前景。
With the reform and development of project management system in new China, associating with the experience of 14 years＇ general contract in our institute, the paper explains the definition of the general contract in brief, primary method, some questions and its solutions about the domestic general contracts. The general contracts and project management are tendencies to contact national to international markets, which have fine foreground in South-to-north water transfer project.
