摘要
介绍了含碳耐火材料实际应用中氧化造成的危害,根据国内外对防止氧化表面涂层技术的研究状况,对涂料的防止氧化作用机理、性能要求与组成成分进行了分析。目前开发的抗氧化涂料品种较少,有必要在涂料品种与涂层的综合性能提高方面进一步开展工作。
The harms caused by oxidation during carbon-containing refractory using were introduced. Based on the research current situation of surface coatings technology for anti-oxidation over the world, the anti-oxidation mechanism, properties demanding and component of the coatings were analyzed. The varieties of anti-oxidation coatings been developed were fewer, the more research works were done necessarily on the varieties of anti-oxidation coatings and advancing the integrated performances of coatings.
