摘要
采用浸没循环撞击流反应器(SCISR),以焦磷酸钠和磷酸三镁为稳定剂,以磷钙液和石灰乳为原料,通过中和反应法制备出了平均粒度10 μm的牙膏用微细磷酸氢钙;探讨了反应温度、熟化时间、反应器装填系数、反应终点pH、磷钙液质量浓度等对产品质量的影响.确定了最优操作条件:磷钙液质量浓度1.17~1.19 kg/m3,反应温度42℃,熟化时间2 h,反应终点pH 6.3,反应器装填系数0.75.得到产品符合HG3257-2001标准.
An average particle of about 10 μm of calcium hydrophosphate for toothpaste was prepared by the reaction between the mixed solution containing calcium phosphate, calcium hydrophosphate and calcium biphosphate and milk of lime in the submerged circulation impinging stream reactor, when sodium pyrophosphate and magnesium phosphate were used as stabilizers. The effects of the concentration of the mixed solution ,the reaction temperature, the slaking time, the pH of ending point and the coefficient of charge of reactor on the product quality were examined. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: the concentration of the mixed solution, the reaction temperature, the slaking time, the pH of ending point and the coefficient of admission of reactor are 1.17 ~ 1.19 kg/m^3 ,42 ℃ ,2 h,6.3 and 0.75 ,respectively.
