摘要
计算机网络的突飞猛进促使了数据库的快速发展,与其相关的法律问题也随之大量出现。从对数据库的含义及其特点的分析入手阐述了数据库著作权的原创性和归属等相关问题。在此基础上对数据库著作权的立法保护问题提出了若干相关意见。
Swift development of computer network promotes that of the database, as well as relative juridical problems. This article analyzed the connotation and characteristics of database, discussed questions about originality and attribution of database copyright. And, based on these, it gave some suggestions on protecting database copyright by legislation.
