摘要
基于对建国以来的前三次土地制度改革的回顾,分析了当前第四次土地制度改革的积极作用和存在的问题,并提出了若干改革措施。
Based on the retrospect of the former three reforms of the land system since the age of revolution, the article analyzed the active function and problems of the fourth reform, and gave some suggestion on reforming measures.
